Turkey Taco Filling
1/2 lb. ground turkey seasoned with Mrs. Dash Chipotle
1 c. black beans (soaked overnight and cooked in crockpot)
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. tomato/onion diced
squeeze a lime
garlic
Layer on leafs of romaine.
Top with a spoonful of mashed avocado and drizzle with homemade ranch dressing.
