Cottage Cheese, Cucumbers, and Cherry Tomatoes
Afternoon Snack



Garlic Chicken & Kale Soup w/wheat bun

1 carton if organic veg broth or low sodium chicken broth 
1 cup chopped carrots 
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil 
Add as much kale as you want at end. 

Let simmer on high in crockpot for 3-4 hours. 

I added more of the seasonings to our liking at the end:)
